The people of the country have been waiting for this train for the last many years. Superfast bullet trains are running in many countries including China and Japan. In this regard, the country’s Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has given a big update on the bullet train and said that this superfast train running between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
It is going to play a very important role in uniting the economies of the two states. Apart from all these things, India’s bullet train project is progressing well. And this first corridor from Mumbai to Ahmedabad will easily connect many economically important cities.
Now finally let us discuss the cost of this project. Friends, if we talk about the estimated amount of this project, then its amount is approximately Rs 1.08 lakh crore. Both the state and central governments have an important role in this.
The Central Government has to give Rs 10 thousand crores and Gujarat and Maharashtra have to give Rs 5000 crores in this project. Apart from this, the remaining amount will be received from Japan through loan at 0.1 percent interest rate. Now people are eagerly waiting for the day when the bullet train will run on Indian soil for the first time.
