For this, the Board has also issued a letter recently in which it has been told that an amount of Rs 1 crore 55 lakh has been released for this fund. Also, for this, a list of places where bridges, culverts, stations and halts will be built for Arrah to Ballia rail line will be prepared and a report will be given by FSL itself.
Bihar’s Ballia MP Birendra Singh Mast had also talked to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Railway Chairman regarding this. After meeting in December, a request was also made to approve the new railway line as soon as possible.
And after the final report, all the bridges and culverts coming in the way will be identified. Besides, it will also contain details of station map and route. On the basis of which this process will be started. Regarding this, the local MP has said that the budget for this railway line was passed 50 years ago when the then Railway Minister was Ram Subhag Singh.
