Tata Motors made a significant impact at Auto Expo 2023 with the unveiling of several impressive vehicles, including the Curvv electric SUV, which will come with two variants. In this article, we will discuss everything about this SUV and when it could be launched in India.

One of the key features of the new Tata Curvv is the use of advanced level ADAS technology, which includes forward and reverse collision prevention, blind-spot monitoring system, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beam assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, traffic jam assist, and automatic emergency braking. In addition, other safety features include 7 airbags, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, hill hold assist, hill descent control, ABS with EBD, a top-notch 360-degree camera, and ISOFIX child seat anchors.

The Tata Curvv is based on the generation 2 electric platform and is expected to utilize excellent battery options. It is said to offer a range of approximately 500 kilometers on a single charge. As of now, no official information is available regarding the battery, range, or charging options.

In terms of the engine, it is speculated that the ICE variant of the Curvv will feature a 1.2-liter turbocharged petrol engine, generating 125 bhp and 225 Nm torque. While there is no information available about gearbox options, it is expected to have a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission according to some media reports.
