Friends, right now work on new projects is going on everywhere in the country. In this context, the Cabinet under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a big decision regarding Delhi Metro on March 13 in which construction of two new corridors of Metro Phase-4. Was approved.
However, its construction process has not been started yet. Let us tell you that the tender process can start after the Lok Sabha elections for the construction of both the new metro corridors Lajpat Nagar-Saket G Block and Indralok-Indraprastha. After its construction work will be completed, it is said that a six-coach metro will run on it.
If media reports are to be believed, driverless automated metro can be operated on Lajpat Nagar-Saket G Block corridor like Magenta and Pink Line. Indralok-Indraprastha corridor is an expansion project of the existing Green Line (Bahadurgarh-Indralok-Kirti Nagar) corridor. Talking about its length, the construction of 12.37 km metro corridor will benefit not only the capital Delhi but also the surrounding areas. .
This will make it easier to reach New Delhi Railway Station from Bahadurgarh by metro. And now Lajpat Nagar is an interchange station with Violet Line and Pink Line. Also, a new station of Indralok-Indraprastha corridor will be built in Delhi.
