If reports are to be believed in the media, at present 82 Vande Bharat trains are running on the tracks in the country. Around 50 new Amrit Bharat trains are going to run by the financial year 2024-25. While the development work of about 1,309 stations is also going on under the government’s Amrit Bharat Scheme.
