After receiving the information, special vigilance is being taken by RPF and GRP. All types of booking including lease parcels will also remain closed till January 26. Not only this, booking of parcels coming from Delhi has also been stopped for the time being. In this regard, DCI Vishal Singh said that the railway stations whose booking has been stopped include New Delhi, Delhi, Sarai Rohilla Adarsh Nagar, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Anand Bihar, Ghaziabad and other NCR.
This decision has been taken due to security reasons regarding Republic Day. Whereas the security has also been increased in some trains which are Delhi caste which are Rajdhani Delhi caste like Vaishali Superfast, Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast, Garib Rath and all other trains.
