The Tata Tigor is equipped with a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder petrol engine that delivers a maximum power of 86 PS and a peak torque of 113 Nm on petrol. It also comes with a CNG option, although the power output decreases to 73 PS on CNG. The car is available with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox for the petrol engine, while the CNG option comes with a 5-speed AMT gearbox.

The sedan comes with features such as auto headlamps, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, digital instrument cluster, rain-sensing wipers, push-button start/stop, keyless entry, auto AC, dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, and ABS with EBD for safety. The Tata Tigor is available in six trims – XE, XM, XZ, XZ+, XMA, and XZA+ – with a starting ex-showroom price of 6.30 lakh rupees and a top variant ex-showroom price of 8.95 lakh rupees.
