This land, collectively amounting to around 180 hectares, encompasses various agricultural, residential, and other natural terrains. Accelerated acquisition procedures between the village of Bijauli and the Hapur district have been prioritized, ensuring that farmers are adequately compensated. In total, a substantial sum exceeding 600 crores has been dispensed as recompense to the landowners.

The deed registrations, complete with title transfers, were promptly sent to UPEIDA for approval. Following Meerut’s commendable efficiency, districts such as Hapur, Bulandshahr, and Amroha too have concluded their land acquisition processes. However, in other districts, the sale documents for the acquired lands have not yet been presented to the UPEIDA.
