Tata Blackbird: Tata Motors has been teasing customers with the upcoming Tata Blackbird luxury SUV for quite some time now. The company has even showcased the car at various events and testing is currently underway. Reports suggest that the launch date for this car could be announced anytime soon. Tata aims to position the Blackbird as one of the most powerful SUVs in the market.

Customers can start preparing their budgets to purchase this car as Tata is working according to its plans and vision. The company plans to not only enter the electric vehicle segment but also relaunch its old models in new avatars.

The Tata Blackbird SUV will come equipped with a powerful engine that is suited for hill stations and off-roading. The car will offer three engine options – a 1.5-liter MPI petrol engine, a 1.5-liter U2 CRDi diesel engine, and a 1.4-liter Kappa Turbo GDI petrol engine. These engines will generate outputs of 113bhp and 143.8Nm, 113bhp and 250 Nm, and 138 bhp, respectively. Both manual and automatic transmission options will be available for this car.

In terms of features, the Tata Blackbird SUV will offer an infotainment system, a refrigerator glove box, cruise control, a digital driver display, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting, in-car Wi-Fi, wireless charging, a sunroof, rear parking sensors, and keyless entry, among others. Safety features will include dual front airbags, electronic brake-force distribution, anti-lock braking system, brake assist, emergency stop signal, vehicle stability management, and electronic stability control.
