In this context, it has been told that this airport is to be completely built in greenfield and it will be built in Goradih of Bhagalpur. Very soon the process of land acquisition will also be started and a total of 475 acres of land is required for this.

Apart from this, approval has also been received from the Cabinet to build a grand airport in Rajgir in Nalanda district of Bihar. Now with its construction, there will be a total of 5 airports in the state.
