The Kia Clavis which is going to be launched in the Indian market will be launched in the global market by the end of 2024. And its sale will take place next year i.e. it will be operational in the beginning of 2025. It is expected to get many powertrains. In which ICE, EV and hybrid are expected to be available.
According to the news going on in the media, the sale of ICE model may start in the market before its EV model. Kia India plans to produce more than 1 lakh units of this AY SUV every year.
What’s more, 80 percent of this quantity will be reserved for ICE engines. It will be designed as a lifestyle vehicle with a boxier design. However, it will not get 4WD drivetrain technology.
