Maruti Suzuki is moving in on Hyundai’s Creta with its new luxury SUV, which not only offers impressive mileage of 25 km/liter but also comes with advanced features. Maruti Suzuki has established its position in the auto sector with its affordable and high-mileage cars. Recently, the company launched the CNG model of its luxurious SUV, Brezza, which features the same premium look. It is evident that Maruti’s car is now giving tough competition to Hyundai’s Creta.
The engine of Maruti Brezza is equipped with a 1.5L dual-jet and dual VVT engine from the K-series, capable of generating a power of 64.6kW @ 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 121.5Nm @ 4200 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and the company claims that it provides an impressive mileage of 25.51 km/kg.
Moving on to the features of the Maruti Brezza CNG SUV, it offers cruise control, wireless Apple CarPlay, electric sunroof, Smartplay Pro infotainment system, keyless push start, Android Auto, CNG drive mode, digital and analog CNG fuel gauge, and many other advanced features.
In terms of price, the luxurious SUV is available at a starting price of 9.14 lakh rupees ex-showroom, going up to 12.05 lakh rupees ex-showroom. The car is available in different variants such as LXi S-CNG, VXi S-CNG, ZXi S-CNG, and ZXi S-CNG Dual Tone. Maruti Suzuki Brezza competes with Tata Nexon, Hyundai Creta, and Tata Punch in the market.
